About Us

Gordon Lawson
Gordon Lawson is the CEO of NetAbstraction. He has spent the last 20 years in the physical and cyber security space, focusing on SaaS optimization and global enterprise business development. He was previously President at RangeForce (a cyber training platform company) and SVP of Global Sales at Cofense through their $400MM acquisition by BlackRock in 2018. Before corporate life, Gordon served as a U.S. Naval Officer with operational deployments to the Middle East and Africa. He was assigned to Special Operations Command, the 3rd Marine Corps Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company, and the Defense Intelligence Agency. He is a graduate of the Air Force Command and Staff College and the Army Airborne School. Gordon holds a B.S. in Political Science from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from George Washington University.

Dustin Webber
Dustin Willis Webber is CSO of NetAbstraction. He has more than 20 years of experience building new threat detection methods, security products and open source software. Dustin was a founding member of GE’s elite DFIR (Digital forensics and incident response) team and built the first cloud DFIR SaaS company. He was also the CTO and co-founder of “Critical Stack”, the first Kubernetes security company, which was acquired by Capital One.

Brian Stone
An accomplished entrepreneur and sales leader, Brian has over 20 years building and leading high-impact, go-to-market teams. His strategies and leadership contributed to creating over $3B in market valuation with early-stage SaaS companies, including Cofense and Cymulate. Prior to Cymulate, Brian was an investor, advisor and sales leader at three other successful technology companies, resulting in one IPO and two successful exits. Brian holds a degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University.

Scott Greaux
Scott brings 20+ years of industry experience leading global cyber security teams and developing cyber security solutions for
global 2000 organizations and government entities. Mr. Greaux will work with customers, industry experts, and business leaders to deliver innovative solutions that address the ever-changing cyber security needs landscape.

Karen Chiappetta
Karen is a Human Resources executive with over 20 years of experience in providing leadership for all aspects of the HR function in the SaaS and tech industries. In her current role, Karen is responsible for leading NetAbstraction’s overall human resources strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, culture development, employee growth and enrichment, and compensation and benefits.

Andrew Hunt
Mr. Hunt is responsible for leading business development and strategic partnership initiatives at NetAbstraction. He has been with the company since 2016 and has been primarily responsible for driving new business and corporate development as well as expanding NetAbstraction’s commercial and government partner ecosystem. Prior to NetAbstraction, Mr. Hunt spent time as a consultant to the U.S. Department of State’s office of Acquisition Management. He is an MBA candidate at Georgetown University and holds a B.S. in Management from Clemson University.

Conor O’Brien
Conor is an experienced sales and B2B business development professional, with expertise in SaaS, quota attainment, sales team coaching and change management. Previously focusing on developing both the direct and channel business for AlienVault and most recently AT&T Cybersecurity, Mr. O’Brien’s current role as Vice President Sales for EMEA will allow him to continue to apply his sales and cybersecurity expertise.

Kelly A. Michaud
Kelly is a seasoned technology and cyber security marketing professional with 15 years of experience managing integrated programs that span sales support, lead generation, communications and event management. Prior to joining NetAbstraction, she served as Go-to-Market Manager for Owl Cyber Defense, a global provider of security hardware solutions for the defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure sectors. Kelly was previously Director of Marketing for the cyber services division of Raytheon, where she helped increase revenues by more than 10 percent annually during her tenure.
